Lucha Doggerground - A cinotopia character

This is Lucha Doggerground (inspired by our real dog, Lucha the Maremma Sheepdog, that will soon appear also in our webcomic series Two Red Cats), the co-protagonist of the upcoming series (of comics, novels, drawings and we hope also animations) "Cinotopia". It's the second character that we created for this new world, the first one is Tartufo Terrazzoni <3

Concept: Cinotopia is a little bit like Zootropolis/Zootopia... except that every citizen is an anthro dog with powers! Every breed have different powers (for example, greyhounds are super-fast and belgian malinois can manipulate fire), while crossbreeds... uh, apparently not. It's very rare for a crossbreed to have any power, but since they're all dogs, they just love and don't discriminate each other. But... how it happened? Why there's a city of dogs in the middle of... well, where are they? Why there are werewolves outside? Why anthrodogs have legends about humans and dogs? And every dog is really a good boy?
